As an AMS Recruiter (HR Interviewer), you will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met. The role of the HR Interviewer is to develop and deliver excellent assessment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. The Interviewer is also responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring manager community in order to provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted. This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual. This is a 6-12 month initial contract position working onsite in Atlanta, Georgia supporting the Pilot hiring program with a leading aviation company. Previous Military experience welcome and encouraged. You will typically work 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. You will be paid based on the hours worked. The hours for this role range between 20-30 per week with the ability to set your schedule. This role is required to report onsite 3x weekly to the onsite headquarters in the Atlanta, Georgia client location. Key Accountabilities Providing assessments and recommendations to the client for best fit and skills profile assessment of the pilot program Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders. This includes being responsible for the recruitment assessment processes, advising them on the recruitment process. Collaborate effectively with relevant teams, such as Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience Skills & Requirements Behavioral and or competency based interviewing experience required. Previous Military experience welcome and encouraged Executive and professional demeanor Strong sense of urgency and responsive client-facing skills Strong customer focus and proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is 71300-103,400, plus applicable benefits. This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
