This role plays an important part in supporting resident safety, comfort, and overall community well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled security rounds of the building and surrounding grounds Remain on-call during assigned hours to respond to emergencies and resident needs Provide timely, professional assistance to residents as situations arise Maintain accurate and detailed logs of time worked and activities performed during on-call shifts

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation for this role is based on duties performed during on-call hours and includes: A provided on-site apartment Utilities included Basic telephone and cable services $100 biweekly stipend Legally required benefits, including sick time and Paid Family & Medical Leave Please note: Selected candidates will be required to sign a Site Representative and License Agreement.
