Office & Field Staff Assistant

Southern Care and Comfort In-Home Agency is looking for an Office Assistant and Caregiver in our Jackson, MO location. The hours will be split between the office and field work. 20 hours in the office and 20 hours in the field. We offer direct deposit, weekly pay, reimbursed mileage (if mileage is work related), health insurance, and paid vacation. This individual will need to be detail oriented, organized, possess the ability to multitask, be proficient with computers and office equipment, have good phone etiquette skills, problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, and be a people person!! HOURS:

Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Job duties include but are not limited to the following tasks: Host various scheduled events in the community Record employee absences and client interruptions Schedule for employees and clients Answer phones and handle any questions that are asked Find fill-in coverage when needed Make onsite visits to client's homes when necessary 20 field work hours per week We are holding two rounds of interviews for this position with the first set of interviews being conducted over the phone and a second interview in person at our Jackson location. Pay will be discussed at the in-person interview.
