This is a street-based role . You will be standing in busy areas, speaking with people, and helping them sign up on the spot. If you are comfortable approaching people and can handle a fast-paced environment, this is a strong opportunity with real earning potential. Responsibilities Engage with people in high-traffic areas (streets, shopping areas, transit hubs) Explain available free services clearly and quickly Assist individuals with signing up through FindHelp using a phone or tablet Collect and enter basic information accurately Meet daily and weekly sign-up targets Track and report your activity Requirements Comfortable speaking to strangers and working outdoors Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Sales, canvassing, or outreach experience is a plus (not required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Incentives Hourly base pay Bonuses based on performance (per completed sign-up) Opportunity to move into team lead roles Schedule Flexible shifts available Daytime and early evening hours preferred Weekend availability is a plus Work Environment Outdoor, street-level outreach High-energy, performance-driven team
