Calls are made on behalf of the Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH).

Responsibilities Conduct scripted telephone interviews to gather valuable data from respondents. Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive rapport with respondent. Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure market research decorum. Skills Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly. Proficient typing skills for effective data entry. Able to read from a preset script with ease. Able to work independently and stay on task Regular Shifts (Hawaii Standard Time) Monday -

Friday:

9am-5pm & 5pm-9pm

Saturday:

9am-5pm Hybrid All applicants may become eligible for a fully remote position after completing three months in our call center.
