Responsibilities Conduct research interviewing to gather valuable data from respondents. Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive rapport with respondent. Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure data integrity Communicate clearly and effectively with respondents and team members. Skills Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly. Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry. Able to read from a pre-defined script with ease.
