Rosen Tucson, AZ Job Details Full-time $1 - $2 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Outlook Audio transcription Legal administrative experience Law office Typing Legal case management Editing Time management Full Job Description Experienced Legal Secretary Prestigious law firm is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, full-time Legal Secretary to join our team of two attorneys and secretarial support staff to produce consistent quality service to our clients. Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with staff to answer telephones, transcribe dictation and prepare legal pleadings and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain client files.
  • Copy, scan , upload and organize documents.
  • Complete electronic filing of pleadings with the courts. Qualifications & Skills
  • Transcription experience required with strong typing and proofreading skills.
  • Civil litigation experience with knowledge of pleadings, discovery and court e-file procedures.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook; familiarity with legal case management software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and understanding of client confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Compensation based on qualifications. Please submit resume and references, which will be kept in confidence, for consideration.
