The position provides comprehensive support to attorneys and other timekeepers across the firm.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing, revising, and formatting legal documents and correspondence using various software applications. Proofreading documents and correspondence for content, spelling, grammar, language usage, and punctuation. E-filing documents with federal and state courts and other agencies. Maintaining and managing timekeeper calendars, including court docket deadlines, conferences, teleconferences, depositions, and other meetings. Assisting with projects, overflow work, administrative work, and other duties to support attorneys, peers, and colleagues. Managing administrative tasks such as processing and distributing mail, preparing audit letter responses, completing expense reports, preparing check requests, and reviewing client billing statements.
