  • Glendale, CA (up to $90K) Exceptional Defense Law Firm based in Glendale, CA has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Litigation Legal Secretary with a minimum of 10 years of prior litigation experience at a litigation law firm.
The ideal Litigation Legal Secretary will have proficiency in litigation terminology and procedures, including state and federal court filing, e-filing, and calendaring procedures. This position supports business litigation and insurance litigation defense cases. Key Responsibilities Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts, including e-filing. Manage litigation calendars and deadlines. Draft correspondence and maintain case files. Provide administrative support to attorneys handling business and insurance litigation defense matters. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting. Strong knowledge of litigation terminology and procedures. Proficiency in state and federal court filing systems.
