Litigation Secretary

PARRIS Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Secretary to support our litigation team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role works alongside and in support of higher-level litigation staff, including Litigation Assistants and Paralegals, to help move cases forward efficiently. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication skills.

Primary Duties:

Processing mail Scheduling hearings, depositions, and meetings Propounding and responding to discovery Drafting notices and other pleadings Filing court documents Routine contact with clients, opposing counsel, experts and attorneys

Applicant Requirements:

2+ years of litigation secretarial experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent proof-reading skills Familiarity with legal terminology, legal document formatting, legal processes and procedures Experience filing in State, Federal, and Appellate Courts preferred Capable of typing a minimum of 55 WPM Spanish speaking is a plus Our firm offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes: 401k Annual Profit Sharing Paid Time Off Paid Sick Time 8 Paid Holidays per
