Legal Secretary I - Experienced

Riverside law firm which specializes in insurance defense civil litigation is seeking an experienced litigation legal secretary with 2+ years experience to work full-time (37.5 hour work-week) in the office.

Qualified candidates:

Have a thorough understanding of civil procedure and filing in state and federal courts. Must be experienced and knowledgeable in e-filing, discovery, document production, document management, calendaring, case management, transcription, and trial procedures. Must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Internet search engines. Candidate needs to be team player with a positive attitude and good communications skills. Candidate should have advanced verbal, written and organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Candidate must be well organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. If experience exceeds this level, salary will be commensurate based on experience.
