This is an in‑office , Temp-hire role. Key Responsibilities State and administrative court filings (must be genuinely skilled and accurate) Calendaring for multiple attorneys Document formatting, editing, and contract support Managing administrative backlog, library updates, and off‑site storage tasks General office support, including event assistance and occasional courier/FedEx runs What We Need A dependable professional with real competency in filings, formatting, and organization-someone who takes ownership and follows through. A detail‑driven, proactive Legal Secretary who wants to be the go‑to administrative backbone of a busy, collaborative firm.
