In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of legal processes. Your energetic approach and organizational prowess will help facilitate legal research, document drafting, filing, and client communication, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of legal operations, contributing to impactful cases and client success. Duties Manage and organize legal documents, files, and correspondence with precision and confidentiality. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, memos, and correspondence with clarity and accuracy. Assist attorneys with case management tasks, including scheduling meetings, court deadlines, and client appointments. Perform administrative duties such as answering calls, managing calendars, filing documents electronically and physically, and maintaining case records. Support client communication by preparing updates and responding to inquiries professionally and promptly. Coordinate with external agencies or courts for document filings or information requests as needed. Skills Strong analysis skills to interpret legal documents and case details effectively. Proficiency in legal research tools and methods to gather pertinent information efficiently. Extensive administrative experience in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills. Paralegal experience is highly desirable for supporting complex case work. Exceptional legal drafting abilities for creating clear, concise, and accurate documents. Proven legal administrative experience with familiarity in filing procedures both digitally and physically. Excellent writing skills for composing professional correspondence and reports.
