Litigation Secretary Key Responsibilities:
Draft, revise, and finalize a wide range of litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence Manage state e-filings, ensuring full compliance with court rules, procedures, and deadlines Provide full-cycle litigation support, including case management, file organization, discovery tracking, and trial preparation Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors Maintain attorney calendars, coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and track all critical deadlines Prepare and process billing entries and expense reports with a high level of accuracy Proactively monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion Please submit your resume in MS Word format for immediate and confidential consideration.
