Job Description
Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a well‑established mid‑sized law firm in Vista, California, to identify an experienced Litigation Secretary to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented and proactive litigation professional with 3-5 years of experience looking to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. Litigation Secretary Key Qualifications:
Draft, revise, and finalize a broad range of litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence Manage state and federal e‑filings, ensuring strict compliance with court rules, procedures, and filing deadlines Provide comprehensive litigation support, including case management, file organization, discovery tracking, and trial preparation Act as a professional liaison with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors Maintain attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and track all litigation deadlines Prepare and process billing entries and expense reports with accuracy Proactively monitor and follow up on critical deadlines to ensure timely completion of all tasks Please submit your resume in MS Word format for immediate and confidential consideration.
