Legal Secretary The Ford Agency - 4.3 Washington, DC Job Details Temporary | Temp-to-hire From $25 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Legal administrative experience Law office Full Job Description The Ford Agency is seeking a Legal Secretary to join a public interest law firm that focuses on energy policy. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience working in a legal or professional services firm and strong knowledge of litigation and regulatory processes and filings. This is a long-term temporary role with the possibility for temp to hire so please apply today!
Responsibilities Include:
Prepare, proofread, and edit attorney-client documents Work with both digital and hard copy documents and ensure proper handling of both Upload and manage documents in electronic filing systems for various courts Assist with time entry, travel booking, schedules/calendars, expense reports and other administrative tasks
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree 3+ years' legal administrative experience required Experience with bluebook and cite-checking a plus Knowledge of eFilings Ability to work independently and problem solve
Compensation:
$25+ hourly DOE Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. The Ford Agency is a recruiting firm based in Washington, DC.
