We are hiring a Transaction Coordinator who can operate independently, move fast, and manage complex deals on luxury properties without close oversight. Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and closing documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction files using digital tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and title companies via multi-line phone systems and email to ensure timely updates. Schedule appointments such as inspections, appraisals, and closings while managing calendars with precision. Assist with data entry, filing, proofreading documents for accuracy, and managing deadlines to keep transactions on track. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Support office management tasks including clerical duties like filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies. Skills Minimum 5 years of Florida real estate transaction coordinating experience. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer support calls. Attention to detail for proofreading legal documents and data entry accuracy.
