In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the law office. Your proactive approach and exceptional organizational skills will help facilitate legal processes, manage documentation, and maintain effective communication with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced legal environment while honing your expertise in several areas of law. Duties Manage and organize legal documents, contracts, and correspondence; Draft, proofread, and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence with precision and clarity; Coordinate meetings and appointments, while maintaining calendars for attorneys; Assist with monthly client statements, closings, gather necessary information, and facilitate communication between clients and attorney; Handle data entry, filing, and administrative tasks such as phone etiquette, record keeping, and document review to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards; Assist clients while maintaining professionalism in the office. Experience Proven paralegal experience or legal administrative experience in a law office setting; Complete understanding of Microsoft Office Suites (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Familiarity with commercial and residential real estate law, business law, etc.; Experience with Tabs3 Billing Client Management software; Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear legal documents and proofread meticulously; Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities seamlessly in a fast-paced environment; and Demonstrated the ability to handle confidential information with discretion while providing executive administrative support including scheduling and correspondence management.
