LEGAL SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST
(Coral Gables) employment type: full-time job title: Legal secretary/receptionist Small immigration law firm seeking a bilingual receptionist/assistant. Must write, read and speak Spanish and English. Must be responsible, able to multitask, and know Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, copies, scans, file maintenance, record-keeping, deadline management, and client communication. Good phone etiquette and must be able to start as soon as possible. Please submit your resume for consideration. We will train you. full-time 40hrs salary to start: $33,300.00 yearly or $17.00 per hour
