Foreclosure Hearing Coordinator Our established law firm, representing plaintiffs in foreclosure actions, is looking to add a Hearing Coordinator to our expanding team. The position is based in our Deerfield Beach office. We offer competitive pay and a full benefits package. Primary Duties (including, but not limited to): Review court dockets and case files to identify and track hearing requirements across multiple Florida counties Schedule and coordinate hearings using various court platforms (including CourtMAP, CMS, JAWS, and JACS), as well as via phone and email Communicate with judicial assistants, attorneys, and self-represented parties in a professional manner Draft, prepare, and electronically file Notices of Hearing through the Florida e-Portal Maintain accurate case records and update internal and client systems, including

BKFS and ADR Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a legal or foreclosure environment preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
