Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of our office. This role requires strong computer literacy, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients as needed. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Support the team with various administrative tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring all information is conveyed clearly. Requirements Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities. Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Excellent computer literacy, including typing skills and knowledge of office software. Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus. Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a collaborative environment.
