This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced legal environment and is comfortable handling front desk responsibilities, administrative support, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner Manage front desk reception duties and office appearance Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management Scan, file, and organize legal and administrative documents Handle incoming and outgoing mail Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed Assist with data entry and general office projects
Qualifications:
Previous legal secretary, administrative assistant, or receptionist experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional demeanor and reliable attendance Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology Ability to multitask and work independently
Assignment Details:
Fully onsite in Jacksonville, FL Monday-Friday business hours Temporary assignment expected to last approximately 8-10 weeks Immediate start preferred

Pay Details:
