Our client is a renowned company in the legal industry and is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team.Salary/Hourly Rate:
$100k - $110kPosition Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our client's esteemed litigation firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal secretarial work, particularly in commercial litigation, and will be responsible for a variety of administrative and case management tasks to support attorneys and maintain efficient office operations. Responsibilities of theLegal Secretary:
Summarize legal cases and prepare comprehensive reports. Conduct research and investigations as needed to support casework. Create, prepare, and file documents for court proceedings. Expertly manage and organize legal documents and case files. Assist in trial preparation for commercial litigation, including assembling exhibits and maintaining trial binders. Maintain and manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and schedules. Required Experience/Skills for theLegal Secretary:
Minimum of 4 years of legal secretary experience. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Preferred Experience/Skills for theLegal Secretary:
Experience in commercial litigation support. Prior paralegal experience is a plus.Education Requirements:
