This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a diverse range of legal practices, including estate planning, environmental law, litigation, family law, securities law, and more. The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in legal case management and document review. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal teams, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management. Assist with legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to support case development and strategy. Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence with precision. Manage legal case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw; ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Conduct thorough document review for litigation cases, estate planning files, or regulatory compliance projects. Support project management tasks related to complex legal matters across various practice areas such as tribal law, patent law, workers' compensation law, or landlord-tenant law. Perform data entry, filing, and administrative tasks with exceptional organizational skills; maintain confidentiality at all times. Coordinate interviews with clients or witnesses; assist in preparing materials for court proceedings or client meetings. Handle phone inquiries professionally while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette; prioritize urgent matters efficiently. Qualifications Bilingual Strong knowledge of multiple practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, family law, securities law, immigration law, or litigation. Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis; familiarity with document management systems like iManage or Clio is a plus. Experience with legal case management software such as PCLaw or similar platforms. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; keen proofreading abilities. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to perform detailed legal research and document review accurately under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills for interviewing clients or witnesses and providing executive administrative support when needed. Knowledge of UCC law (Uniform Commercial Code), tribal regulations, patent law, or securities regulations is advantageous but not required.
