Our well-established and highly respected Naples-based law firm is seeking a polished, detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our growing team. The firm is known for delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and discretion to a sophisticated high-net-worth client base throughout Southwest Florida. Position Overview As an Administrative Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the firm through accurate document handling, client communication, filing, and administrative coordination. The right candidate will understand the importance of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail in a legal environment. You will often serve as one of the first points of contact for clients and visitors, helping create a welcoming and polished experience reflective of the firm's reputation. Key Responsibilities Prepare, copy, scan, organize, and file legal and administrative documents with a high degree of accuracy Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems in an organized and confidential manner Answer incoming phone calls professionally and route inquiries appropriately Greet and assist clients and guests with professionalism and discretion Support attorneys and staff with administrative projects and day-to-day operational tasks Assist with document preparation, mail handling, and coordination of office materials Ensure documents are properly formatted, complete, and filed correctly Help maintain a polished, organized, and client-focused office environment Provide exceptional service and communication to high-net-worth clients and professional partners Qualifications Prior administrative, office, legal assistant, or professional services experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable interacting with high-profile and high-net-worth clientele Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to support the team where needed What We Offer Opportunity to work with a respected and established Naples law firm Professional and team-oriented workplace culture Exposure to sophisticated legal and client-service operations Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits package available to include health, dental, vision, retirement, and life insurances.
