Full Job Description Job Opening:
Legal Secretary / Office Assistant Personal Injury & Workers' Compensation Law Office We are a busy and growing Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation law office seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Legal Secretary / Office Assistant . This position is ideal for someone interested in the legal field, who is organized, professional, and eager to learn. We are willing to train the right candidate —experience is a plus, but not required for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents, including: Legal briefs Court subpoenas Client correspondence Spreadsheets and standard office documents Answer incoming phone calls and professionally communicate with clients, medical providers, and court personnel Greet clients and assist with walk-ins Organize and maintain physical and electronic legal files Assist attorneys and case managers with daily tasks Help manage court filings and deadlines Perform general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email) Previous law office or administrative experience is a plus, especially in Personal Injury or Workers' Compensation , but we are open to training applicants who are eager to learn and grow in the legal field

Pay is based on experience and willingness to learn Flexible schedule (Part-time or Full-time) Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and fast-paced legal environment
