Job Description

Overview Our law firm is growing our legal case management team. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented law firm Case Manager with experience in case management for law firms. In this role, you will play a vital role in the success of our client cases by providing critical administrative and legal support to our attorneys. You'll be responsible for managing caseloads, coordinating communication with clients, and ensuring all aspects of the legal process run smoothly. A successful candidate will have a strong service mindset, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in computer programs such as Excel, Word, OneDrive, and other tools in the Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities Transcription and legal document preparation, medical records and billing itemization and filing Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and communicate regularly with clients Represent the firm with a service mindset Listen actively to clients and document their questions for the next call/meeting Follow all communication protocols to ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of care Handle client intake and maintain client files Create, manage, and update spreadsheets and databases Assist with billing and invoicing processes Draft correspondence, memos, and other legal documents Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, photocopying, and filing Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience working in a law firm or legal department Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and OneDrive. Service-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering excellent customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Compensation $20-$30/hr based on experience Benefits Competitive salary Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Comprehensive health insurance plan Annual bonus program Generous employer contributions to retirement plan About Our Firm Our law firm is a plaintiff personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to our clients.
