This role is in-person. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail. The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position. This position requires great computer, multi-line phone, and organizational skills as well as being detail-oriented, personable, and able to multitask. Tasks include management and maintenance of filing systems, faxes, emails, and regular mail; maintaining attorneys' calendars and dockets, answering and directing client calls in a multi-line system, processing payments, and other clerical duties as needed in support of the Firm's staff. Requirements:
Applicant MUST BE fluent in speaking and writing in Spanish and English and be able to translate documents clearly between each language. In-depth knowledge of Outlook Calendar One year of previous experience in Customer Service. Receptionist, Secretarial, and/or Administrative Assistant or Customer Service role experience. Excellent organization skills and filing with strong attention to detail. Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Strong customer service skills. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Programs (word, outlook, OneNote). Strong typing skills.
