The qualified candidate must have at least three years of prior insurance defense experience and be experienced in all phases of litigation. Duties include, but are not limited to: Preparing letters, pleadings, and memorandums E-Filing documents Scheduling and calendaring Transcription Entering attorney time The candidate must have knowledge of Federal and State Court filing systems and the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure, and be able to complete tasks independently.
