Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain updated records. Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff members. Assist with office management duties, ensuring that the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times. Support administrative functions such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents as needed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing support to medical or dental staff when required. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day. Experience Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. is a plus but not mandatory. Proficiency in office software applications and data entry systems is essential. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are required for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely completion of duties while maintaining high-quality service standards.
