Summary:

The Little Trees Legal Department is a small, dynamic team responsible for protecting the trademarks, copyrights, and patents associated with Little Trees air fresheners around the world.

Responsibilities:

Research infringers in various regions of the world. Recommend resolution strategies and negotiate settlements. Coordinate legal efforts with in-market attorneys. Communicate complex information, both written and verbal, to employees at all levels of the organization. Draft file summaries and review legal briefs. Conduct online research. Maintain legal files.

Requirements:

One year of office experience required OR Associate's degree This is an entry level position and requires no legal experience. Travel to the corporate office in Watertown, NY for the first month of orientation, followed by routine travel to the corporate office for one week every other month.

Salary:
