Immigration Paralegal -
Employment-Based Location:
Cincinnati, OH | Limited WFH eligible after probationary period | Full-Time About the Role MU is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused immigration paralegal to join our Cincinnati office. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume practice, takes pride in accurate and timely work, and understands that a well-run caseload is the backbone of effective client service. We value paralegals who follow established processes with consistency, communicate professionally with clients, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Prepare and file employment-based green cards (PERM, I-140, NVC, I-485) and business NIVs (H-1B, L-1, TN, and related categories) under attorney supervision Work in a high-volume caseload with accuracy, timeliness, and strict adherence to firm workflows Draft documents and immigration petitions; respond promptly and accurately Support attorneys and senior paralegals by flagging issues, moving matters forward proactively, and keeping cases on track without compromising compliance Contribute positively to team culture and firm-building efforts What We Look For We look for paralegals who take their craft seriously — precise in their work, dependable in their process, and professional in every client interaction.
