Case Manager-Criminal Division

We are seeking an organized Criminal Case Manager to support our prosecution team. This role keeps our legal processes moving efficiently by balancing digital file management with regular communication between law enforcement and court staff. Because we operate a mostly paperless office, strong computer skills and adaptability are essential.

Key Responsibilities Case Management :

Track, update, and maintain digital case files from intake to final disposition.

Legal Support :

Assist attorneys with preparing, proofreading, and filing District Court documents.

Communication :

Serve as a polite and reliable liaison for law enforcement, office staff, and the public.

Office Operations :

Handle routine data entry, clerical tasks, and digital record-keeping daily.

Qualifications & Skills Education :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience :

Previous background working in an office environment and managing files.

Tech Proficiency :

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital databases.

Organization :

Ability to prioritize tasks independently and meet steady legal deadlines. Attention to

Precision with data entry, spelling, grammar, and basic legal terms.

Problem-Solving :

Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt when variables change.

Clearance :

Must pass fingerprinting and a comprehensive criminal background check.
