Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Legal Secretary to support our legal team with administrative, clerical, and document-related tasks. The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Office skills, (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook), excellent typing ability, ability to multitask, and exhibits positive customer service. Transcription experience a plus but not required. Duties Prepare, format, proofread, and file legal documents and correspondence. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Answer phones, handle client communications, and maintain confidentiality. Maintain organized electronic and paper files. Accurately transcribe dictations in a timely manner. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent typing skills with high accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Professional and courteous demeanor toward clients and colleagues.
