Responsibilities Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining organized files for listings and transactions. Assist with marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials, updating property listings online, and managing social media platforms to attract potential clients. Handle customer service inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person to foster positive relationships with clients and prospects. Facilitate communication between clients, agents, lenders, and vendors to ensure seamless transaction processes. Develop organizational systems to track leads, appointments, deadlines, and transaction progress efficiently. Requirements Any office experience - secretary, admin skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail under pressure. Time management and communication skills. Be willing to learn. Previous experience working with real estate software or CRM systems is preferred.
