In this role, you will work directly with the Managing Attorney to ensure that all administrative, scheduling, filing, and communication workflows are handled smoothly and completely. You will not be expected to provide legal advice or make legal decisions, but you will be trusted to fully own the operational side of the business. This is a role for someone who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and comfortable establishing and then maintaining clear boundaries in communication. You are someone who can step into a fast-moving environment, stay grounded, and help keep things from escalating unnecessarily. About Schwegler PLLC Schwegler PLLC is a legal practice focused on delivering thoughtful, high-integrity legal work across a wide variety of matters. The work is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and requires a high level of professionalism and follow-through. This is a small, highly collaborative environment where your work will have a direct and meaningful impact. You will work closely with the Managing Attorney and be trusted with both professional and administrative responsibilities that keep the firm running smoothly. You Are:

You Have:
Experience in litigation support, title or escrow, bankruptcy, or similar environments Experience in an administrative, legal support, or operations role. Law firm experience is helpful but not required Experience creating and documenting simple and complex processes The ability to manage scheduling (personal and professional), communication, and administrative workflows independently Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion Comfort working with documents, formatting, and proofreading for accuracy A track record of being reliable, organized, and detail-oriented in your work Helpful but not required: Experience with filing systems, legal or administrative Familiarity with document-heavy workflows and structured file systems E-filing and electronic case management, in Bankruptcy court especially

Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
