Adams & Martin Group - 3.8 Walnut Creek, CA Job Details Full-time $40 - $45 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook DocuSign English Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Litigation Legal administrative experience Law office Grammar Experience Full Job Description A rapidly growing and well respected law firm is looking to identify a full-time Legal Secretary to support a busy Litigation team based in Walnut Creek . This is a hybrid opportunity , with three days onsite and two days remote each week. Urgently hiring!! This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys supporting multiple attorneys, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience supporting Business Litigation, and/or Commercial Litigation practices would be ideal but not required! What You'll Do Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to multiple attorneys Manage calendars, scheduling, deadlines, and court docketing with precision Format, proofread, and finalize legal documents and professional correspondence Conduct online legal research using court and agency databases (e.g., PACER) Assist with conflict checks, engagement materials, and retention correspondence Communicate professionally with internal professionals and external contacts via phone, email, and in person Organize and maintain electronic and physical files; prepare case binders and related materials Coordinate and submit court filings, including electronic filings Track and collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects as needed Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a litigation legal administrative assistant or legal secretary Strong command of written English, including grammar, spelling, and formatting Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple matters simultaneously Demonstrated discretion and comfort handling confidential information Experience preparing tables of contents and tables of authorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), DocuSign, and Adobe or Kofax High school diploma or equivalent If you are interested please apply with a copy of your resume today!
