Transaction and Listing Coordinators! Join us as a full-time Project Manager to support full-time, licensed Real Estate Agents. You will be in charge of managing our upcoming and active real estate contracts for our top agents. Attention to detail and over-communication is required and non-negotiable. You must pick up the phone first vs. texting or emailing only. With aTAKE-CHARGE
work ethic you should be an organizer, a fast learner, have a positive attitude, lots of energy and be a great communicator. Being computer and tech savvy is a must. You'll work in a fast-paced real estate office in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio, Texas. We offer a family atmosphere in a service-oriented business where top level customer service is crucial. Plenty of room to grow! This is not an entry level position. Hours 9am-5pm in office with 45min or less of nights and weekends from home. We work from home on Fridays!Salary information:
$45,000 for the first 90 day training period. If granted 90 day advancement, salary will go to $50,000 plus commission. With quick success you should make no less than $70,000 in your first year. 401K option at one year in. No insurance provided at this time.TO APPLY
