In this vital role, you will manage the administrative and logistical aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring a seamless process from contract to closing. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help facilitate smooth communication between clients, agents, lenders, and real estate attorneys. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of real estate operations, supporting agents and clients alike with professionalism and enthusiasm. Duties Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, including scheduling contractors, preparing and reviewing disclosures, and other documentation. Maintain accurate records using office management software and data entry tools such as Google Workspace and BrokerMINT Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, real estate attorneys, and vendors via phone and email to ensure timely updates and responses Manage calendar appointments, deadlines, and scheduling for transaction milestones using calendar management tools Oversee document filing, proofreading, and data entry to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining professional phone etiquette Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track transaction expenses and commissions Requirements Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment; real estate or related industry experience is a plus Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, etc.), and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document management Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques Join us in a role that's vital to our success!
