We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transaction Concierge/Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. This is unique and dynamic client facing position. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and agents. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards and reputation that led to our recognition as the 2024 and 2025 Best of the PNW - Best Luxury Real Estate Firm.

Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Management:
Oversee all administrative tasks associated with real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
Documentation:
Prepare, review, and manage all necessary documents required for the successful closing of a real estate transaction.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between agents, clients, escrow companies, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates and the smooth progression of transactions.
Deadline Tracking:
Monitor and adhere to all contractual deadlines, ensuring that contingencies are met and necessary actions are taken promptly.
Compliance:
Ensure that all transactions comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the transaction process, keeping all parties informed and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years full time transaction coordinator experience. Strong understanding of real estate contracts and transaction processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in real estate transaction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach with a strong problem-solving mindset. Why Join Us? $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
