The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, technologically savvy, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage attorney calendars, including scheduling hearings, depositions, meetings, and deadlines. Prepare, proofread, format, and file legal documents with a high degree of accuracy. Perform transcription and document production from dictation, notes, and recordings. Coordinate communications with clients, courts, experts, opposing counsel, and vendors. Manage case files, correspondence, and records in both electronic and paper formats. Assist attorneys with administrative and litigation support tasks as needed. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent typing, keyboarding, and transcription skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively under tight deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, document management systems, and legal technology platforms. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Sound judgment, common sense, and strong problem-solving abilities. Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Prior litigation or legal support experience preferred.
