Job Description:
Overview :
A real estate agency is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Part Time Transaction Coordinator and Admin Assistant for their team in Columbia, SC. This opportunity is 100% onsite, with part time hours of Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-3:00pm, and limited Fridays. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate has a background in real estate or legal, and strong skills in document management and multitasking.
Duties :
Draft brokerage documents from approved templates Maintain organization of templates to improve document workflow Ensure documents are accurate and consistently formatted Audit deal folders for consistency and completeness Coordinate with brokers and administrative staff to maintain standardized files Work alongside attorneys when transactions require legal review Provide administrative support such as scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation Reserve conference rooms and welcome clients and visitors Answer phone calls and coordinate catering
Requirements :
Strong organization, administrative and document management skills Previous experience as a Notary, preferred Excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Products Professional communication in both spoken and written form within all levels of the organization, required. Familiarity with contracts, leases, or transaction documentation preferred Paralegal certificate or similar legal document background preferred Real estate or brokerage administrative experience preferred
Pay:
$20-25/hourly
