Job Description

As a Processor on the Hearings Team of our Foreclosure department, you will provide support to our attorneys as they represent mortgage servicers in civil action related to recovering their collateral.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Review files to ensure they are ready to be scheduled for hearing Communicate with Courts and clients regarding upcoming hearings and obtaining hearing dates Draft Hearing Notices E-filing all hearing documents with the Court Input data, update websites, and perform status inquiries Maintain information related to specific team documents Draft correspondence with clients and other agencies involved in foreclosure process Any clerical duties as assigned Employees of the foreclosure department may be cross-trained and expected to fulfil responsibilities of any team at any time based on business need. Minimum Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in an office environment. Proficient in MS Office. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Preferred Skills & Experience - These are additional skills and experience that are not required to hold this position, but may provide candidates who possess them an edge over candidates who do not. Foreclosure and/or Legal experience Experience with Excel, SC Judicial E-filing system Work Environment This job operates in a clerical office setting with regular business hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Your schedule will be determined by your supervisor at time of hire. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
