Added on 5/27/2026 Intake Admin Support Horry County DHHS Location Conway, South Carolina Category Administrative & Clerical - Clerical Contract Type Contract/Temporary Salary $13.00/Hour Administrative Support Intake Olsten Staffing Services is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Intake Administrative Support professional for a state office located in Conway. Job Type Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Compensation $13.00 per hour Position Summary The Intake Administrative Support employee will provide clerical and administrative assistance to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism in a fast-paced office environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Date stamp and process incoming documents Ensure all files contain accurate reference and case numbers Verify applicants are properly registered within the system Scan, copy, and organize documents and files Maintain accurate filing systems and records Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines at all times Provide general administrative and clerical support Maintain a clean and organized workspace Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Dependable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic office and computer skills preferred Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Work Environment This position is based in a professional state office environment and requires consistent interaction with confidential documents and sensitive information. Pay Details:
