Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Closer to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will support attorneys by preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, ensuring all files are accurate and complete before closing. In addition, you will be responsible for the funding of file and coordinating closings with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal skills in the real estate practice area while contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Salary based on experience and the position being filled. Duties Prepare Closing Documents including Deeds and Settlement Sheets Balance with Lenders Clear title work under the guidance of an attorney Coordinate closings with your closing team Support Closing Team by communicating with Lenders and Clients, drafting settlement statements and closings disclosure, and arranging client signings with online and mobile notary services. Disburse Funds for Real Estate Transactions Requirements Real Estate Experience preferred Experience Working in Qualia preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Attention to detail for proofreading and document review tasks. Friendly Demeanor Exceptional phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills.
