Beacon Hill is working with a prominent law firm in Richmond, VA looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Practice Assistant to support attorneys in thier Labor & Employment practice. If you enjoy keeping a busy legal team running smoothly, this role is for you. What You'll Do Prepare and edit litigation documents, filings, and correspondence Maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, and case-related schedules Organize electronic and physical files with precision Support billing, time entry, mail processing, and client communication Coordinate meetings, travel, and office logistics What You Bring 4+ years of litigation-focused experience in a legal support role Strong typing, proofreading, and document-production skills Comfort with MS Office, e-filing platforms, and document management tools Excellent communication and time-management abilities Ability to work in office 5 days a week Please apply with your resume in Word or PDF format.
