The perfect candidate is dedicated to ongoing professional growth, values accountability, and is passionate about building a thriving and reputable career in the real estate field. A current, valid real estate license is mandatory. Responsibilities Maintain team lead's schedule Maintain team calendar Prepare listing presentations and CMA's Reconcile expenses and prepare expense reports Organize and respond to team lead's correspondence Open and distribute mail Prepare all marketing mailings Answer phones Handle client inquiries and complaints Maintain supplies, office equipment and software Engage in Operations onboarding and ongoing consulting Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Qualifications You are an organized, methodical and driven professional with a servant leader's heart.
