Job Description

Are you proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support a busy plaintiffs' firm? Warner Law Offices is seeking a Legal Secretary in our Huntington office to work closely with our paralegals, ensuring every case receives top-notch attention and care.

Key Responsibilities Document Support:
Assist paralegals with drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Records Management:
Order, track, and follow up on medical records and bills.
Communication:
Make professional, effective phone calls to clients, medical providers, and third parties.
Client Care:
Confirm treating providers with clients, prepare medical authorizations for signatures, and greet visitors at the front door.
Intake Assistance:
Support the team with in-person and phone intakes as needed.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain organized digital and physical files while handling daily office tasks. Requirements Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication and professional phone etiquette. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Why Join Us?
