Job Description

AMT Medical Staffing, Inc. is urgently seeking candidates for a Billing and Coding Specialist direct hire opportunity. This opportunity is with a very large physician's office in the Birmingham area. Competitive Pay based on years of experience. Excellent benefits package! This is NOT a remote position
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8a - 5p Experience Required 2+ Years Essential functions: Reviews office documentation to apply accurate procedure and diagnoses codes for billing. Enter charges into management system. Provides excellent Customer Service including answering telephone, taking payments, discussing patient accounts when needed. May perform other related duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager, CEO, or President. Good Attendance/Punctuality is a must. Takes initiative and is accountable for work outcomes. Follows supervisor's instructions with enthusiasm. Communicates positively and works well with others as well and can work independently. Follows company policies and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of Billing and Coding experience Must have at least 2 years of experience in a physician office Must be organized and professional as well as HIPAA and Medicare compliant. If you are interested in this direct hire opportunity, please submit your resume today!!
