• 25 per hour Generations Healthcare is in search of a Medi-Cal Biller for a temporary assignment.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year verified experience in Medi-Cal billing in a SNF, in addition to billing systems in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Hospital. Proficient in Medi-Cal applicant process, TARS, A/R Collection, excellent follow up with claims, along with private collection (share of cost). In addition to data entry, business phone etiquette experience and a committed work ethic can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE MEDI-CAL BILLING EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED equivalent. Medi-Cal Billing experience 1 year or less. Must have at least one (1) years' experience in a clerical position, or successfully completed a secretarial science program from an accredited school/college. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public. Must be knowledgeable of administrative practices and procedures. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
